Does my family need to join?+
No. Everporch is being designed to be useful to one caretaker from the start. Keep your own tasks, bills, contacts and house notes together. Invite other people only if it makes your life easier.
Is this only for inherited homes?+
No. It’s for the person looking after a family place: a lake cabin, beach house, mountain home or somewhere closer to home. That could mean a place you inherited, share, or still manage for your parents.
What if I live a long way from the house?+
That’s part of the idea. Have the upcoming work, trusted contacts, receipts and house information at hand wherever you live. Plan what needs doing before your next visit, and share a specific job when you need local help.
Will it replace a property manager?+
Everporch is a place to organize the work and information. It doesn’t perform maintenance or provide on-site services. It should make coordinating with your existing caretaker, tradespeople or family much simpler.
When can I try it?+
Everporch is taking shape. This is an early look at the product we’re designing around real caretakers. The app isn’t available yet, and launch timing and pricing haven’t been announced.
