We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how people find and use Everporch. It does not use analytics cookies.
What we measure
Page visits and actions such as downloading a resource, opening the app, using a starter or returning after saving an item. Event data contains fixed campaign categories. We do not send house names, records, email addresses, documents or audio to analytics. Private invitation, password-reset, billing and helper pages are excluded from app analytics. Query strings and fragments are removed from app event URLs.
Browser storage
The app keeps your house records on this device until you choose account backup. Campaign measurement stores a source category and small event flags in your browser to limit duplicate events. These flags do not identify you across devices.
This choice applies to this website on this browser. The web app has a separate preference at app.everporch.app/privacy. Both respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Account backup and AI
If you create an account, your saved place is stored for backup and the family access you choose. If you send a message, recording, photo or document to the assistant, the service processes that content to respond. Review suggestions before saving. Private helper links share the selected job with anyone holding that link.
Optional push notifications
If you enable notifications in the iOS app, we store a device push token, your notification choices and time zone with your signed-in session. Expo and Apple process the token and short notification summaries to deliver due-task reminders and family updates. House records, documents and audio are not included in the notification text. Delivery records help us prevent duplicates and stop sending to invalid devices. Turn notifications off in the app Settings or your device settings. Signing out stops pushes to that device.
